Handel is pure genius and this work proves it.

What most people fail to see is that the music this canon stand out. This is a very clever, brilliant canon for a staggering six voices! The text was likely added afterwards, just the first words that came to Mozart's dirty mind. It tells us a lot about Mozart, but it says more about us that we all discuss the words rather than the notes.
